• Management and up keep of current aircraft and engine log books and records kept on site at QCAS. Historical records are kept by owner.
• Management of Aircraft maintenance tracking program weather in house tracking or in conjunction with outside service like CAMP, CAMS, CMP, CESCOM, or Flight Docs, ECT.
• QCAS staff will monitor your aircraft from required flight log pages, tracking forms, and display information such as current aircraft times landings, engine times, upcoming maintenance of tasks, AD’s, MSB’s, or MEL’s on our large status board and monthly personalized work order binders. Tracking of aircraft times and cycles are critical as mistakes are always made by pilots entering times.
• Correspondence by email or telephone on scheduling of upcoming maintenance. QCAS will schedule this maintenance visit with our shop or any other as requested by the customer.
• QCAS can additionally coordinate with other specialty companies on any AOG/ Emergency maintenance tasks that the customer may need on a world wide scale or send our technician to support you in anyway anywhere.
